- Day off.
To hospital to remove my knee. ...
OK, remove the steel wires keeping my knee together. And they're gone remove the nails and screws from my elbow.
- This sux
- I go in at 07:30 for a simple opperation. And they let me wait till 17:30 before they actually bring me down to the operating theatre. Less than half an our later I wake up again on intensive care. An hour later still I get carted back to my room.

- And again they forget me. I did sleep well, even with a turned-off painkiller IV. But they leave me on the room till late in the afternoon. Then a nurse -afternoon shift- comes has a look and says "Why are you still here? ... And why is that IV still plugged in?" ...
- Yep, back home at around 19:00. I went to the hospital by bus and return by bus and train. Halfway back I regret refusing the offered painkiller. Once home and rested a bit all is OK again.

- And another insurance visit. This time the doctor is angry that I came in so close after the hospital. I should rest. Pfft.

Another doctor visit to remove the stiches. Actualy this is -normally- the last medical action. Apart from checks for the insurance companies.
