Warlock is responsible for the safety of the Web Site, countering the nasty wards and spells of the trolls and gnomes that are loose in t'Net. Meanwhile, JHR will handle all of the petty administrative details and the modern-day spells and arcana - the day-to-day operations. It seems to be working very well, both of them content in their share of the work, and the results of their efforts. It leaves him free to think, to putter, and to enjoy the spectacular view from his tower.
Magic is dangerous and taxing. Some spell did misfire so now JHR has retreated to the safe dungeans of his tower. Meditating. And no doubt brewing some strong potions.
