It has been raining on and off today

I have been struggling with my stomach today. nothing I put in would stay. Combined with some awkward moments at the toilet (of the which side first type) this has kept me occupied. I don't think it has anything to do with flu cause I have kept a reasonable temperature (except when kneeling in front of ...). I hope to be better tomorrow.

I hoisted myself up to the attic just to post this daynote. While I normally open the trapdoor with he stair without effort it had me straining today.
